1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HumanProse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HumanProse provides AI text detection scoring (free) and AI text humanization (paid subscription). The Service uses artificial intelligence to rewrite text to sound more natural and human-like.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal API usage

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Polar. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit. HumanProse does not claim ownership of your input or output text. The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by HumanProse.

7. Limitation of Liability

HumanProse is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
