3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with HumanProse within 3 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Polar customer portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

After the 3-Day Period

After the 3-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase. After the 3-day period, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day guarantee period, email support@humanprose.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
